About the roleHenley Morgan is recruiting an Epicor Implementation Consultant in Bristol for an established Epicor Platinum Partner specialising in discrete and process manufacturing. This is a senior, customer-facing Epicor Kinetic / Epicor ERP consulting role leading full-lifecycle implementations across UK manufacturers – from scoping and CRP through configuration, conference room pilots, data migration, UAT, training and go-live. Bristol and South-West-based candidates with strong Epicor Kinetic implementation experience are particularly encouraged to apply.Key responsibilitiesLead Epicor Kinetic / Epicor ERP implementations across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and Conference Room Pilot through to go-live and hypercareRun requirements workshops with finance, manufacturing, supply chain and shop-floor stakeholders, mapping current state to Epicor Kinetic best practiceConfigure Epicor Kinetic core modules – Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production Management, MES, Quality and Advanced Planning & SchedulingAuthor functional designs, BAQ and BPM specifications, and partner with Epicor developers on customisations and integrationsDeliver Epicor end-user training, key-user training and CRP sessions, building reusable training collateralSupport Epicor pre-sales – discovery sessions, demos and proposal input – alongside the Bristol account-management teamSkills and experience requiredDemonstrable experience as an Epicor Implementation Consultant, Epicor Functional Consultant or Epicor Kinetic ConsultantStrong functional knowledge of Epicor Kinetic / Epicor 10 across at least Financials and one of Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Service ManagementHands-on experience with Epicor BAQ (Business Activity Queries), Dashboards, BPM (Business Process Management) and Epicor data migration tools (DMT)Proven full-lifecycle Epicor implementation track record across at least 2–3 UK manufacturing customersExcellent client-facing consulting skills – workshop facilitation, requirements management, functional documentation and stakeholder managementEligible to work in the UK and able to travel to UK manufacturing client sites (typically 1–2 days per week, balance hybrid from Bristol)Desirable / nice to haveEpicor certification on Epicor Kinetic or Epicor ERP 10Experience with Epicor Advanced MES, EDA (Epicor Data Analytics) or Epicor Financial PlannerAPICS / CPIM / CSCP qualifications or relevant manufacturing accountancy backgroundPrevious experience at an Epicor Platinum or Gold PartnerWhy apply?This is one of the strongest Epicor Implementation Consultant jobs in the South West right now – a Platinum Partner with a multi-year Epicor Kinetic project pipeline, a stable Bristol delivery team, structured progression to Lead Consultant / Programme Manager and a market-leading package: base up to £82,000, £6,000 car allowance, performance bonus, 27 days holiday, private medical, pension and fully-funded Epicor certifications.How to applyTo apply for this Epicor Implementation Consultant role in Bristol, please submit your CV via the Henley Morgan website.
