Investigate critical quality issues, create problem statements and communicate to the cross-functional team. Manage and coordinate the containment activities (sorting/rework) to minimize the impact on production operations due to quality issues. Support problem solving and continuous improvement projects.Coordinate the disposition of Process Change Notifications and Deviations.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThis position will greatly help manage and disposition Process Change Notifications and Deviations. It is a critical role and the catalyst to gathering cross functional teams together to resolve issues. It is a time sensitive role to mitigate the production downtime risk due to quality issues. It will greatly improve the morale of team via reducing the overload of work from others in this role. Education & ExperienceYears of experience: 0-2 years in the manufacturing industry. Degree requirement: Bachelor’s degree or Associate's degree Master's Degree is overqualified.
