The Operational Specialist will be responsible for streamlining day-to-day operational processes, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining overall efficiency in the supply chain. Key tasks include coordinating last-mile delivery operations, managing service quality, optimizing capacity planning, and identifying areas for improvement using data analysis and feedback. Collaboration with internal departments and external partners will also be a core aspect of this role to ensure seamless and cost-effective operations.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and develop efficient solutionsExcellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholdersExperience in operations management, including last-mile logistics, service quality, and capacity planningProficiency in project management to oversee tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain operational efficiencyBackground in sales or customer operations is a plusKnowledge of logistics technology, supply chain processes, or transportation systemsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experienceAbility to adapt in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under tight deadlines
