Currently seeking a part time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a position that is available in a for a school-based position working with students K- 12th grades. Company has a great reputation and very realistic productivity rates. Key Responsibilities: Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist. Provide direct services to students individually or in small groups to support educational goals. Assist in evaluating student performance and report observations to the supervising OT. Document student progress and maintain accurate service records in accordance with district and legal standards. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students’ needs across academic, functional, and social-emotional areas. Adapt classroom materials and school environments to support student access and participation. Support development of fine motor skills, sensory integration, visual-motor integration, self-care, and organizational skills. Assist with data collection for Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and contribute input to IEP meetings as appropriate. Requirements: Associate’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current state licensure/certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Previous experience working with children or within an educational setting preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Compensation: $50,000-$85,000 Depending on experience.
