Direct Response Media Buyer This role sits at the core of a high-performance acquisition engine focused on generating qualified, high-intent appointments for financial advisory clients. You will own the full lifecycle of paid media campaigns, from strategy and setup to optimization and scaling. Working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, your decisions will directly influence client growth, retention, and revenue outcomes. The role blends hands-on media buying with strategic thinking, requiring both analytical precision and strong creative instincts. You will manage Meta advertising campaigns at scale, with a strong emphasis on lead generation and conversion efficiency. It is a highly accountable role where ownership, speed, and results define impact.Accountabilities: Own and manage end-to-end Meta advertising campaigns focused on generating qualified leads and booked appointmentsDesign, launch, and continuously optimize campaigns, including targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and creative testingMonitor daily performance metrics and implement rapid adjustments to meet cost-per-appointment and conversion goalsTroubleshoot underperforming campaigns and proactively develop data-driven optimization strategiesWrite high-performing ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial services audiencesDevelop messaging angles, hooks, and creative variations for structured testing and performance improvementCollaborate with creative teams and video editors to guide ad production and iterationManage client communication through bi-weekly calls, performance reviews, and strategic alignment sessionsDeliver clear and structured performance reports prior to client meetingsBuild strong client relationships that support renewals, retention, and referralsSet up and manage tracking systems, including pixels, conversion events, and attribution toolsConfigure and maintain integrations such as Calendly, Zapier, and lead routing workflowsIdentify and resolve technical issues between ad platforms and client systems to ensure lead flow integrityRequirements: 5+ years of experience in paid media, with a strong focus on Meta advertising platformsProven experience managing multiple client accounts in a performance-driven environmentStrong track record of achieving performance KPIs, particularly cost-per-lead or cost-per-appointment targetsAdvanced copywriting skills with experience writing ad copy and video sales scriptsHands-on experience with tracking setup, pixels, conversion events, and marketing automation toolsExperience in financial services marketing or high-ticket lead generation funnels is highly preferredStrong understanding of appointment-setting and lead generation campaign structuresFamiliarity with video sales letter methodologies is a strong advantageStrong ownership mindset with the ability to independently diagnose and solve performance issuesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear client-facing insightsHighly detail-oriented, fast-moving, and comfortable operating under performance pressureAbility to manage direct client relationships with accountability for resultsBenefits: Paid Time Off (vacation, sick leave, and public holidays)Training and professional development opportunitiesRemote work flexibility (Work From Home)Flexible working schedulePerformance-based bonus structure
