This job is responsible for interpreting and troubleshooting electronic circuits, testing and troubleshooting PCB assemblies, setting up and maintaining test stations, training operators on test procedures, providing technical assistance, improving test efficiency, and maintaining a clean and orderly test area.What’s a Typical Day Like?Interpret and troubleshoot electronic circuits down to the component level via schematics, diagrams, and drawings.\r\nTesting and troubleshooting of PCB assemblies and their respective test stations based on customer supplied data.\r\nProficient use of electronic test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, power supplies, function generators, frequency counters, multimeters, etc.).\r\nSetup and prepare Test stations for use by following supplied test documentation.\r\nInterpret and understand detailed test procedures. Effectively communicate with Documentation Manager, Program Manager, and Quality Manager of any discrepancies found.\r\nTrain operators in proper test procedures and methods as needed.\r\nAssist testing operations to meet or exceed customer ship dates.\r\nImprove test times and process efficiency.\r\nProvide technical assistance to all operations.\r\nControl of all test equipment utilized in the Test area – internal and customer supplied.\r\nMaintain clean and orderly test area.\r\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\r\nWhat Are the Requirements of the Job?Takes responsibility for the quality of one’s individual work.\r\nDemonstrates accuracy and neatness in their work.\r\nCooperative and dependable, highly motivated, and trustworthy.\r\nRespects and collaborates effectively with fellow team members.\r\nWill notify management if team is not following quality processes.\r\nWill present ideas and improvements.\r\nRequires prolonged standing, sitting, frequent bending, stooping, and stretching\r\nManual dexterity is crucial in the placement and handling of small components\r\nWork is performed in a manufacturing environment, with frequent contact with others\r\n2-4 years minimum experience necessary.\r\nAssociate degree in electronics or equivalent (e.g., Associate degree in Electrical Engineering).\r\nAbility to work in fast-paced environment.\r\nAbility to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.\r\nAbility to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.\r\nAbility to utilize hand/eye coordination.\r\nCapability to stand for prolonged periods of time\r\nCommunication skills.\r\nWhy Choose Kable Workforce Solutions?Weekly Pay\r\nExclusive Access Opportunities to V.I.P.
