This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to grow within the banking and financial services industry.ResponsibilitiesHandle approximately 80–100 inbound customer calls dailyAssist customers with credit card-related inquiries including:PaymentsLost or stolen cardsFraud concernsDisputes and transaction reviewsBalance transfersProvide professional and high-quality customer service during every interactionMeet performance metrics including:Average handle timeCustomer satisfactionQuality assurance standardsAttendance expectationsEscalate complex customer concerns to second-level support teams when necessaryAccurately document customer interactions and resolutionsQualificationsMinimum 6+ months of call center customer service experienceFinancial services or banking experience is a plus, but not requiredStrong communication and active listening skillsComfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentBasic Microsoft Office and email correspondence experienceStrong problem-solving and multitasking abilitiesSchedule & CompensationFully onsite position in Phoenix, AZPay: $18/hour
