Describe current / “As Found” conditions in ValvKeep and make recommendation to the Service Coordinator, for needed repairs to customer owned equipment.\n\nPrimary Duties & Responsibilities:\n\nMeasure Critical Dimensions\nAssess and Inspect ALL parts\nLocate and properly read OEM part supplements, to properly locate replacement parts.\nRead and interpret diagnostic graphs;\nValvKeep data entry, reporting and analysis as required\nRead drawings of various valve parts;\nPull and inspect all parts;\nSuccessfully complete Non-destructive testing Certification and training;\nEfficient utilization of precision machinist tools.\nEfficient utilization Quality tools such as Positive Material Identification (PMI) machine, Ultrasonic Thickness Gauges, Paint Thickness Gauges, etc.\nLearn metallurgy regarding ASTM codes and material numbers for the type of materials we work with and work with personnel to use the codes in the normal routine of work processes\nLearn all Quality Procedures (QP) and Work Instructions (WI).
