You will join an established 8-person Scrum team, contributing to the entire software development lifecycle and directly supporting technology that impacts patients with rare and chronic illnesses. What you'll achieve: Join a team building technology that directly impacts patients with rare and chronic illnesses who receive complex, life-changing therapies. You'll be developing systems for a mission-driven specialty pharmacy that treats every patient like family, ensuring individualized care for people facing healthcare's most challenging conditions.Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using React and Next.js for front-end developmentBuild and optimize C# backend services and APIsWork within Azure DevOps and Azure Cloud Services ecosystemCollaborate with an 8-person Scrum team to deliver solutions in 3-week sprintsBuild products from the ground up, not just feature work or bug fixesParticipate in Agile framework Ensure security, scalability, and performance best practices are appliedAbout you:Bachelor's degree from a U.S. university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Senior-level experience with React and Next.js for UI developmentStrong proficiency in C# for backend developmentExpertise with Azure DevOps and experience with Azure Cloud ServicesProven ability to build products from the ground up, not just maintain existing featuresExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments with sprint-based deliveryExcellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skillsReady to start a 12-month contractAbility to work 40 hours/week in a fully-remote environmentAbility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship or C2C arrangementExtra credit if you have:Experience with EMR or healthcare technology systemsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesUnderstanding of healthcare compliance and security requirementsAbout us: We're a technology consultancy that delivers impactful solutions for high-trust industries.
