In addition, this position will also be responsible for assisting with data management within SQL Server databases and other IS applications. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESDevelop custom dashboards and automated workflows to address business needs and support data-driven decision-makingDefine, design, build, and maintain Power BI based solutionsDevelop and integrate BI solutions using languages such as PowerShell, .Net, or PythonEnsure all solutions are built for scalability, security, and ease of useDesign of data models and implementation of data visualization dashboardsPartner with internal and external business stakeholders to define requirements and key performance indicatorsRegularly maintain & update data models, ensuring accurate and relevant data is available for reportingConnect dashboards and reports to disparate data sources to ensure seamless operationalized integration.Collaborate with stakeholders to document workflows, design process improvements, and train users on new automated solutions.Assist team with management of data in SQL Server databasesAnalyze and understand business use cases & needs and translate them into functional problem statements, requirements, & designAnalyze issues and determine effective courses of action to improve operational functionalityDevelop and maintain documentation and train end-users on functionalities and featuresOther duties may apply as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience, Education, Certifications, SkillsBachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent1-3 years’ experience with Microsoft Power BI, SQL, Excel, and other data manipulation / analysis tools or languagesExperience with MS SQL Server or comparable databaseExperience with scripting or application developmentExcellent problem-solving skills with proven ability to proactively identify, research, & analyze issues to offer practical solutionsExperience working and communicating with business and technical stakeholdersAbility to work on site in Coppell, TX office location up to 5 days / weekExperience using or developing GenAI PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience, Education, Certifications, SkillsWell qualified candidates will have experience with 4 or more of the following:Certification(s) in Power BI, Power Platform, or AzureAzureSharePointDynamics ERP (Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Warehouse Management)Familiarity with ETL development / managementRPA / AutomationPowerShell.Net or Python developmentPower PlatformDataverse PHYSICAL DEMANDS – WORK ENVIRONMENTThe physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
