Part time receptionist needed for a busy Automotive dealership. Hours required are, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 5pm-8pm, Friday 4pm-8pm, Saturday 1pm-6pm, and Sunday 11am-4pm.Meet and greet customers in a professional mannerOperate multiline switchboard telephone systemCommunicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time spent on holdProvide basic information to callers who have general inquiresPrepare sales and service gas tickets for the Accounting DepartmentProvide second set of keys for sales peoplePerform other duties as assignedBe friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employeesHigh School diploma or equivalentMust pass drug and background checkMust have a valid Drivers license
