Engineering Manager

We are looking for an Engineering Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead a team of 5–10 engineers while staying deeply hands-on in the code. This is a 50/50 split between IC work and people management – you'll build core infrastructure horizontally across the company while owning performance reviews, mentorship, and hiring decisions for your direct reports. The ideal candidate is a senior or staff-level engineer who wants to step into management without leaving the codebase behind.
