Occupational Therapist Location: Fort Dodge, IA Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $2,081 to $2,281 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide skilled home health services to patients recovering from illness, injury, or disability while experiencing a new region. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active State of Iowa OT license required to start the assignment. Compact licensure accepted. Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience required. Epic electronic medical record experience required. BLS certification required (AHA or ARC acceptable). Driver's license required. Candidate must have a taxable address outside 50 miles from the facility. At least one completed travel contract preferred. Not employed by the client facility within the last 12 months required. Profile documentation required at time of submission: work history/resume, skills checklist completed within 1 year, license verification, copy of required certifications, and one supervisory reference. Assignment Details Facility type: Home Health. Shift: Days. Shift hours: 0800, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. EMR: EPIC. Orientation schedule: Every Monday. Traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
