The Systems Engineer will support work directly with the client analyzing unique technical support assignments. The E30 Gun Weapon Systems contract supports engineering and integration of gun weapon systems.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide systems engineering and analysis support to multiple customers\nCollaborate on technical progress of system development\nProvide technical assessments, evaluations, and analysis on system problems\nProvide review and recommendations on system integration issues\nConduct risk management and assessments\nReview requirements traceability and analysis\nPrepare system safety analyses\nDevelop qualification test plans and reports\nAssist with qualification test planning and testing events\nAssist with program element certification activities\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nA Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline\nThree (3) years specialized experience in the areas of Gun Weapon System concept definition, design, integration, and engineering\nExperience in system safety requirements for the qualification of weapon systems across military platforms and all branches of service.\nIntermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite – TEAMS, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint\nAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of employees and outside contacts\nStrong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team\n\nPhysical Demands:\nMust be able to lift up to 25 pounds\nMust be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time\nMust be able to twist, bend and squat periodically\n\nSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level.
