Pool Server

Job Description The Cocktail Servers plays a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, mixing and serving drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities: Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner. Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service. Address guest concerns and questions promptly and courteously. Beverage Preparation: Mix and prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and seasonal offerings. Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations. Bar Maintenance: Stock and maintain bar area. Clean and sanitize glassware and bar equipment. Assist in closing procedures, including cleaning and restocking. Cash Handling: Accurately process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions. Follow all cash handling procedures and policies. Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Assist with side work and other tasks as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience as a bartender or cocktail server preferred. Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including spirits, wines, and cocktails. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Valid alcohol beverage server certification (if required by local regulations).
