A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty - Sport, Outdoor, and Tourism Leadership for the Master of Business Administration. Key Responsibilities Deliver graduate-level instruction in Sport, Outdoor, and Tourism Leadership while maintaining academic rigor Mentor students by connecting course content to contemporary business practices using professional experience Maintain an active course presence, engage students in discussions, and respond to inquiries and grading in a timely manner Required Qualifications Master's degree in a related field required; terminal degree preferred Demonstrated professional expertise in Sport, Outdoor, and Tourism Leadership; practitioner background strongly preferred Experience teaching or facilitating learning with adult learners in online or professional settings; prior online teaching experience preferred Familiarity with andragogical principles and adult learning practices Proficiency with, or willingness to learn, the Brightspace/D2L Learning Management System
