We are looking for reliable people who work safely, use sound judgment, solve problems, and communicate early when route conditions change.\n\n*No previous delivery experience or commercial driver's license is required.*\n\n*COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS*\n\n* *$25.00 per hour starting pay*\n* *$26.00 PER HOUR FOR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AMZL DSP EXPERIENCE *\n* *Weekly pay*\n* Paid training\n* Paid time off beginning on day one, equal to approximately two weeks annually for full-time employees\n* Health insurance available to eligible employees\n* Next Mile education assistance with up to $5,250 in annual tuition coverage for eligible employees\n* Bonus opportunities based on attendance, safety, route completion, and performance\n* Advancement paths including Lead Driver, Trainer, Dispatch, and Operations Support\n* Delivery vehicle, delivery device, uniforms, and required work equipment provided during the workday\n\n*RESPONSIBILITIES*\n\n* Inspect and safely operate an assigned delivery vehicle\n* Load, organize, transport, and deliver packages accurately using company-provided technology\n* Follow traffic laws, safety requirements, delivery instructions, and company policies\n* Resolve routine address, access, and delivery-location issues using sound judgment and creative problem-solving\n* Maintain a safe and appropriate delivery pace\n* Communicate route progress, delays, delivery exceptions, safety concerns, and vehicle issues to dispatch\n* Protect packages, customer property, and confidential information\n* Support route adjustments and team delivery needs when assigned\n* Promptly report accidents, injuries, vehicle damage, and other incidents\n\n*QUALIFICATIONS*\n\n* At least 21 years of age\n* Valid driver's license\n* Reliable attendance and consistent follow-through\n* Sound judgment and attention to safety and accuracy\n* Ability to work independently and adapt to changing route conditions\n* Clear communication with dispatch, supervisors, customers, and coworkers\n* Creative problem-solving skills\n* Ability to use mobile navigation and delivery technology\n* Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds\n* Ability to repeatedly enter and exit a vehicle, walk, use stairs, and work outdoors in changing weather\n\n_Qualified individuals must be able to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation._\n\n*SCHEDULE*\n\n* Full-time schedules commonly include four shifts per week\n* Part-time schedules commonly include up to three shifts per week\n* Shifts are generally scheduled for approximately 10 hours\n* Weekend availability may be required\n* Specific workdays, start times, routes, and weekly hours depend on operational needs\n* Employees are paid for all hours worked, including overtime when required by law\n\n*APPLY*\n\nApply through this posting.
