Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Medical Doctor based in Sacramento, CA. The Medical Doctor will be responsible for providing patient consultations, administering ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), and collaborating with therapists and other health professionals to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care. Additional responsibilities include diagnosing, managing, and monitoring patients with mental health and chronic physical conditions, utilizing integrative medicine principles, and creating personalized care plans tailored to patient needs. Qualifications Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing mental health conditions such as depression, PTSD, anxiety, OCD, and chronic painExperience or interest in integrative medicine, including holistic and nature-based approachesFamiliarity with advanced diagnostic tools, including genetic and specialty testing, to inform personalized careExcellent communication, patient care, and interpersonal skills to support a compassionate and healing environmentActive medical license in good standing with eligibility to practice in CaliforniaPrevious experience with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) or willingness to receive training in KAP administrationCommitment to evidence-based practices, lifelong learning, and a patient-centered approach to care
