The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing website design and creation. The ideal candidate should have a passion for developing high-quality, user-friendly websites that meet clients' needs and requirements.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nPlan, design, evaluate, develop, test, edit, maintain, and document the look and flow of websites.\nDevelop and maintain web applications using Adobe ColdFusion and other web technologies.\nCreate and maintain SQL Server databases to support web applications.\nEnsure cross-browser compatibility and optimization.\nCollaborate with the team to ensure security requirements are satisfied.\nMonitor website performance and perform analysis to determine cause of any reported issues.\n1 year of experience with Adobe ColdFusion development.\nProvide Program Manager with web application metrics.\nCorrespond with clients to understand their requirements, and provide technical application support.\nDesign or supervise the design of digitized images, banners, bullets, charts, image maps, and other graphics to enhance the appearance of the site.\nApply knowledge of programming techniques and computer internet systems.\nApply and sustain Section 508 Compliance using Web 2.0 standards.\n\nRequired Skills /Education/ Certifications & Qualifications:\nSolid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).\nExperience working in a DevOps environment.\nProficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery.\nExperience with CSS frameworks, such as Bootstrap.\nExperience with SQL Server, or other RDBMS.\nFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks\nGood understanding of Windows settings, and Internet Information Services (IIS).\nKnowledgeable in Microsoft Office.\nCompTIA Security+ certification, or IAM Level I, or IAT Level II equivalent certification.\n1 year of Experience with Adobe ColdFusion development .\n4-5 years of experience in web application development.\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbout IBSS Corp.\nSince 1992, IBSS, a woman-owned small business, has provided transformational consulting services to the Federal defense, civilian, and commercial sectors.
