Our associates are expert quality assurance professionals with broad experience and local knowledge who can represent our clients on-demand and on-site faster than our competitors.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupport on-site HR functions, including maintaining confidential employee records, assisting with investigations, and advising personnel actions.\n\nProvide guidance to Site Manager on creating and updating site policies and procedures.\n\nManage online databases (SharePoint, StepQ) for document access, uploads, and data export; provide on-site IT support as needed.\n\nFacilitate new hire orientation.\n\nConduct monthly check-ins with all associates.\n\nRequired Qualification\n\nStrong attention to detail and adherence to instructions.\n\nExcellent organizational and computer skills.\n\nProficient in a quality management system.\n\nFluent in reading and writing English.\n\nMust be U.S. Citizen.\n\n1+ years of human resources experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nAerospace industry experience.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.\n\nSQA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
