We are searching for people with a positive outlook and strong work ethic.\n\n*Position Summary*\n\nWe are looking for a hands-on Controller who can bring structure, accuracy, and practical financial leadership to a growing group of companies. This person will help strengthen the close process, improve reporting, support job cost visibility, and work closely with both finance and operations so leaders have reliable information to make decisions.\n\n*What you would own*\n\n* The monthly close and consolidation across four entities\n* Job cost integrity and margin analysis across all projects\n* Intercompany accounting between our companies, which subcontract work to one another\n* The financial reporting our bank and our surety rely on\n* Internal controls, Sage Intacct administration, and the accounting side of BuildOps\n\n*What we are looking for*\n\n* Seven or more years in accounting, with real ownership of a close in a multi-entity environment\n* Project-based accounting experience: construction, specialty contracting, industrial services, or manufacturing\n* Someone who can remain effective through system changes, shifting priorities, and evolving customer requirements\n* Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance\n* Sage Intacct experience is a real plus\n\n*What success looks like here*\n\nThe Controller makes defensible accounting decisions, explains them clearly, and stands behind the close, the reconciliations, and the reporting deadlines.
