A successful cadidate will be self-motivated, disciplined and be a great collaborator while making impacts in the following ways;Assisting with gathering client requirements for pending Business Intelligence (BI), Data & Analytics, and Business transformation projects.Providing documentation and support for self-service data access.Working closely with customers to understand needs and verifying requests.Act as a liaison between the business and the Shared services IT organization by providing support in the areas of application deployments, application support, application licensing and resolving client issues.Participates and advises in data & analytics projects and initiatives across the sector.Enable effective decision making by analyzing data from multiple sources and compiling into a digestible and actionable format.Identify process and system improvement opportunities by monitoring existent metrics, analyzing data, and partnering with internal teams.Consulting with Corporate IT senior and/or lead analysts for assistance with problem resolution in support of our Functional areas.Working to drive transformation and customer experience enhancement projects.
