Collaborate with employees to resolve issues promptly.\n\nEnsure credit card accounts are accurately coded and balanced and any discrepancies and or fraud are investigated promptly.\n\nAssist team members in ordering new cards and ensure accurate and timely processing of new card requests.\n\nAssist users with password resets, account activations, and initial log-in procedures.\n\nProperly and professionally communicate with vendors and team.\n\nManages payables for our most intricate and complex vendors.\n\nAccounts payable invoice processing, including manually entering, reviewing, validating, and obtaining approval(s).\n\nEnter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.\n\nReview, research and problem solve vendor inquiries and/or concerns.\n\nPerform reconciliations of monthly vendor statement and general ledger accounts.
