He/she will coordinate training requirements based on needs identified through the organization and goals aligned with employee growth and development. Proven ability to complete a full training cycle, from assessing technology skill gaps to designing, delivering, and evaluating class content to address the gap.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesIdentify technology and system skill gaps throughout organizationDesign training courses and develop training content based on input from various functionsStay up to date with changing technology, including all computer applications, systems and functions used throughout the organizationWork alongside an instructional designer to determine the best approaches to address technology and system skill gaps, accounting for the intended audience to ensure adult learning methods are integrated and class activities validate learningSubject matter expert for process workflows throughout various systems within the ERPSupport an instructional designer in documenting processes and features used to develop training and resource materials, including Quick Reference Cards and User GuidesStay up to date on new training methods and proactively research teaching techniquesCreate eLearning content, including video tutorials or applicable SCORM packages to deploy through the Kodiak LMSConducts field office training, local training, and virtual training for all Kodiak technology system applicationsAttain post-training feedback for review and update content accordinglyDevelop technical assessments to ensure successful knowledge transfer and skill competency for each training class objectiveProvide secondary end-user support related to technology and computer system applications, including training for the IT Support Help Desk on computer applicationsMaintain the completion records for training participants, by ensuring timely and accurate attendance and grading records are maintained within the Kodiak LMSTravel required up to 50% of the timeEducation, Experience, & TrainingThis role requires in-depth knowledge of technology and systems. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience training ERP and HRIS systems and demonstrates a passion for continued learning as technology changes and workflows update. Proficiency with the following technologies, including but not limited to: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word), Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Power BI, Workday HRIS, SalesforceAbility to mix standard Dynamics 365 content with custom, company-specific training materialsWell versed in systems and business processes, including workflows and integration points across modules and systemsAdditionally, the successful candidate should bring proven experience of:Organizational skills required to streamline highly technical content into manageable portions of information. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Calm and patient demeanor, with the ability to adapt to various learning styles, as needed. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others. Leadership and mentor skillsHigh school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in technology, education or related discipline is a plus.
