External applicants must be eligible to work in the US.Your RoleThe Program Support Assistant helps enable the successful delivery of programs and initiatives within the rapidly growing Megasys organization across the United States and Europe. Working alongside program leaders and cross-functional teams, this role brings structure, visibility, and follow-through to program activities from planning through implementation.The role supports program governance, milestone and dependency tracking, stakeholder coordination, communications, reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be comfortable working across multiple workstreams, bringing clarity to complex information, and helping teams maintain momentum in a changing, international environment.This is a hands-on program support role for a proactive, organized, and collaborative professional who takes ownership, anticipates delivery needs, and creates the operating rhythm that helps programs move forward.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and maintenance of integrated program plans, roadmaps, milestones, and delivery schedules, tracking progress and escalating risks, issues, and dependencies in a timely mannerCoordinate program governance activities including preparation of agendas, pre-reads, decision materials, and status packs, and support stage gates, steering committee meetings, and other decision-making forumsCollect, validate, and synthesize program information from multiple stakeholders and systems, prepare recurring status reports, dashboards, and concise leadership summaries with clear visual and written materialsDraft program announcements, progress updates, briefing notes, and other communications in a clear and audience-appropriate style, ensuring program information is accessible and consistently communicated across the organizationCoordinate cross-functional working sessions, program reviews, workshops, and information-sharing forums across sites and regions, capturing decisions, actions, owners, and deadlines and driving timely follow-upBuild and maintain effective communication rhythms across program teams and stakeholders in the United States and Europe, fostering productive relationships across functions, regions, levels, and culturesMaintain accurate program documentation including charters, plans, meeting records, decisions, process maps, playbooks, and lessons learned, and help incorporate improvements into future program planning and executionSupport the onboarding of new employees by coordinating orientation activities, scheduling training sessions, and ensuring new team members have the resources and information needed to start their roles effectivelyCoordinate inputs from functions such as Finance, Procurement, Information Technology, and Communications when required for program delivery, and support the design of scalable program processes as the Operations organization growsContribute to special initiatives that strengthen program maturity, operating discipline, and organizational effectivenessBenefits With Our Team IncludeComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverageCompetitive vacation and paid time off allowance401(k) match programTuition assistance programOpportunities for career growth and development within a rapidly expanding global Operations organizationWho You AreMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline 3+ years of experience in program coordination, project support, operations, business transformation, or continuous improvement projectsORHigh School Diploma or GED5+ years of experience in program coordination, project support, operations, business transformation, or continuous improvement projectsPreferred QualificationsDemonstrated experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders, workstreams, or locations (maintaining plans, trackers, action logs, status reports, or other program-management documentation)Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and follow through on commitmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex information clearlyStrong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 or comparable collaboration and reporting tools, including Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelAbility to work effectively across different countries, cultures, functions, and time zonesSound judgment, discretion, attention to detail, and a practical approach to problem solvingExperience supporting operations, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, technology, or another complex business environmentExperience with program governance, portfolio reporting, transformation initiatives, or continuous-improvement methodologiesExperience working in a global or rapidly scaling organizationFamiliarity with project-management, work-management, data visualization, or reporting tools, including expeirence preparing leadership-level dashboards, presentations, decision materials, or executive summariesAdditional language skills relevant to the organization’s European locationsPay Range for this position: $90,600-$135,900/yearThe offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
