The selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full-time at our Melbourne, FL location. This position is apart of our Pathways program, it will be a 3 year program with 1 year rotations.\n\nThe responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:\n\nExhibit good communication skills, an energetic approach, and patience with customers.\n\nEstablish and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction according to defined objectives while adhering to established policies.\n\nMaintain an accurate inventory of hardware in the asset management system, updating the records for each deployment, upgrade, relocation, and retirement.\n\nAssists with the resolution of technical problems and answers queries by telephone, in support of internal customers computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems.\n\nAwareness of operations surrounding multi-user computer systems, including collaboration with network, software, and system engineers, PC desktop technicians\n\nAble to support multiple networks, under supervision ensuring necessary administration tasks are completed following all security policies and procedures\n\nFollow documented technical processes and procedures in support of job duties as assigned\n\nReport task statuses as required for all recurring and non-recurring efforts in written and oral format\n\nAwareness to working across disciplines to isolate issues between software, firmware, and hardware, between software and operating systems, between networks and applications, and between one-time events and recurrent systematic problems.\n\nSupport environments by means of ticketing requirements systems (ServiceNow, JIRA. etc.)\n\nRaises issues that require senior level attention or involvement.\n\nLifts and moves equipment up to 50 pounds.\n\nWork after hours, and weekends, as needed.\n\nNote: Due to the classified nature of the work being performed, this position does not offer any virtual or telecommute working options. Applicants are encouraged to apply only if they are willing to work on-site.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\nMust have just graduated or graduated within the year with their Master’s or Bachelor's degree with 0 years of experience; OR an Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience; OR a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of experience is required\n\nAble to obtain a Security+ within 9 months of start date\n\nCandidates must have a current U.S. Government Secret security clearance (at a minimum), to include a closed investigation date completed within the last 6 years OR must be enrolled in the U.S. Government Continuous Evaluation (CE) Program to be considered\n\nCandidates must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, access to Special Access Programs as a condition of continued employment\n\nExperience using Linux\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nBachelor’s Degree\n\nAn active Security+\n\nExperience supporting environments by means of ticketing requirements systems (ServiceNow, JIRA. etc.)\n\nCIDO\n\nThe application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
