They will have overall program management responsibilities ensuring program health and performance in scope, financials, personnel, deliverables, security, vendors, and customer satisfaction.\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:\nOverall program management of program personnel.\nMonitoring cost control, financial reports, budgeting, and overall operating costs.\nEnsuring program is staffed with qualified personnel.\nOversee the coordination of work priorities and monitoring methods, procedures, and programs.\nOversee recruiting, onboarding, and retention of cleared personnel.\nEnsuring that management and contract reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.\nMaintains a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the on-site Team Leads and staff.\nProvide a variety of administrative support in reviewing and maintaining project documentation and deliverables to the customer, editing documentation, providing public works and work management support in service order dispatching, and coordinating reporting and work order activity.\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s preferred\nExpert knowledge in facilities operations and management.\n5 years of program management experience.\n10 years of experience supporting facility management services.\nSuccessful track record of leading and managing programs in similar scope areas.\nDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nPMP certification.\nHazmat training.\nCBRN Training.\nFirst Aid/CPR/AED certification.\nOSHA Compliance training.\nFire Brigade Incipient level training.\nSECURITY CLEARANCE: Security Clearance: Active Top Secret SCI W/ Full Scope Poly\nIntrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC\nwww.intrepidgs.com\nIntrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC.
