As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be doing a variety of tasks from training new employees to strategically resolving problems. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, career growth, entrepreneurial thinking, innovation, and an occasional silly food pun, we want you!\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\nCheck products to ensure consistency, palatability, and quality\nInvestigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, and accommodations\nSchedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity\nMonitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to make sure it’s up to Company Standards\nSchedule staff hours utilizing appropriate systems/software and assign duties to ensure economical use of food and timely preparation\nReview work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service, performance, or safety\nPerform some food preparation or service tasks\nMaintain food and equipment inventories\nOrganize and direct worker training programs, resolve personnel problems, hire new staff, and evaluate employee performances\nArrange for equipment maintenance and repairs, and coordinate a variety of services\nUtilize POS system, operate cash register and make bank deposits.\nAdhere to company opening and closing procedures and maintain accompanying records\n\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nPrevious Managerial Experience\nValid Driver’s License\nA Team Player\nGreat Customer Service\nKnowledge of Supply Chain\nPersonnel and Human Resources Duties\nCommunication and Active Listening Skills\nCritical Thinking\nMost importantly, FUN\n\nMISSION\nInspire and support our communities one bowl at a time.\n\nVALUES\nReal Deal.
