Datavanters bring a diversity of professional, educational and life experiences to realize our bold vision for healthcare.\nThis is a remote role\n\nFull-Time:Monday - Thursday, 6am to 5pm, potential overtime dependent on inventory needs\nProcessing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies and attorneys to provide medical record status\nDocumenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors.\nProficient in Microsoft office (including Word and Excel)\n\nYou will:\n\nEnter accurate data when assigned by team lead\nRemote processing of electronic medical records through various EMR systems as directed\nAbility to work with minimum supervision responding to changing priorities and role needs\nReport any technical difficulties that you may experience as soon as they occur.\nMeet required metrics for your role - CPH (Charts Per Hour) & Attendance.\nActively participate in all training that is assigned to you by your supervisor\nMaintain high standards of Confidentiality to safeguard and protect Patient's Right and comply with all company and facilities policies and HIPPAA regulations\nRead all documentation and follow written instructions provided to ensure compliance and accurate job completion.\nImmediately report to team lead/coordinator/supervisor or management any security breaches, unsafe behavior witnessed or any site difficulties.\nSupport a service environment that focuses on quality processes\nEnsure that deadlines are met and respond to emails and other requests for information timely\nAdhere to company policies\nPerform other duties as assigned\nWork effectively with co-workers in a constructive and positive manner\nListen to and objectively consider ideas and suggestions for improvement\nAssist with new hire training and development\nAssist with special projects as defined by leadership (i.e., CNA research, Time Studies, Quality Review, Deep Dive assistance)\n\nWhat you will bring to the table:\n[High School Diploma or equivalent required\nExperience in a healthcare environment or release of information setting is preferred\n2-year EMR related experience strongly preferred\nKnowledge, experience and/or training in accurate data entry, office equipment and procedures required.\nDemonstrate ability to address problems constructively to find acceptable solutions\nDemonstrate accuracy and attention to detail\nComputer skills including Windows based applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook)\nExcellent organizational skills\nExcellent detail-orientation and accuracy with high volume environment\nEffective verbal and written communication skills in the English language\nAdaptable to changing business environment\nDemonstrated ability to work within a diverse group of individuals and collaboratively in a matrixed, cross-departmental remote environment.\nConsistently meets and/or exceeds department's Productivity, Attendance and Behavioral Standards\nAbility to work OT as necessary, including weekend shifts (required)\n\nTo ensure the safety of patients and staff, many of our clients require post-offer health screenings and proof and/or completion of various vaccinations such as the flu shot, Tdap, COVID-19, etc. Any requests to be exempted from these requirements will be reviewed by Datavant Human Resources and determined on a case-by-case basis.
