Our goal is to offer an inspirational and modern workplace that allows for exceptional talent to thrive.\nWe are currently seeking a Lead Supervisor to work at our Barton Creek location in Austin, Texas.\nSALES:\nUnderstands organizational objectives and makes decisions in partnership\nwith the Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) that align with Company\npriorities and values\nEndorses, models and develops team to deliver Coach’s Selling and Service expectations\nEnforces sales strategies, initiatives and growth across all categories\nWorks with Store Manager(s) and/or Assistant Store Manager(s) to flex store business strategies and personal selling techniques to contribute to overall store and financial results\nLeverages floor supervisor assignment responsibilities to deliver strong metrics; remains results driven, including through team selling and selling to multiple customers\nProductivity Management: holds sales team accountable for personal sales  Maximizes clienteling strategy in partnership with the Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s); monitoring process over time to achieve business goals and objectives\nBuilds credibility and trust with team, as well with customers - serving as a personal fashion advisor to deliver business results\nCreates positive impressions with store team and customers by bringing best self to work through business attire consistent with Coach’s Guide to Style\nActs as a brand ambassador in the local market/mall to drive brand loyalty and business (i.e. charity events, local associations, mall initiatives)\nSensitive to customer and team needs and tailors approach by reading cues  Solution-oriented and forward thinking in resolving customer issues; partners with Store Manager(s) and/or District Manager as appropriate\nDevelops both self and individual product knowledge skills and remains aware of current collections\nUnderstands the positive sales impact staffing has on the business and recruits accordingly\nCoaches, develops and motivates the team on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to meet goals and utilize Company tools; delegates and empowers others and encourages individual growth\nWelcomes feedback and adapts behaviors; create short and long-term goals to achieve personal metrics and performance development\nRegularly provides feedback to others; coaches performance to a higher standard; provides constructive feedback to Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s)\nOPERATIONS:\nManages daily operational tasks according to Coach standards, switching gears based on the needs of the business both seamlessly and pro-actively\nDemonstrates strong business acumen\nInteracts and communicates with supervisor(s) on a regular basis; is adaptable and flexible; maintains a calm and professional demeanor\nMaintains interior and exterior upkeep of the building with partnership from the corporate office  Understands and uses all retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions, taking appropriate partners, as necessary\nAdheres to all applicable Coach retail policies and procedures including POS and Operations procedures\nLeverages Coach’s tools and technology to support relationship building and clienteling efforts, including driving sales and achieving individual and team goals\nWorks with Store Manager(s) and/or Assistant Store Manager(s) to flex store business strategies to improve productive functions\nEnsures all daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting service of Coach standards Competencies required:\nDrive for Results: Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully.
