Your work is essential in shaping a memorable guest experience from arrival to departure.Job SummaryAs a key member of the Housekeeping team, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms as well as public areas such as lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other shared spaces. You will ensure all areas are well-stocked, sanitary, and visually immaculate while supporting a seamless and elevated guest experience in a luxury hospitality environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Room Cleaning & MaintenanceClean and service guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenitiesRestock guest room supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and other amenitiesInspect rooms for maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly for resolutionEnsure all guest rooms meet hotel cleanliness and presentation standardsProvide responsive and courteous service to guest requests to ensure a comfortable stayPublic Area Cleaning & MaintenanceMaintain cleanliness and organization in public spaces including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and back-of-house areas as assignedEnsure all public areas are consistently well-presented, sanitized, and welcomingMonitor, restock, and replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as neededAddress spills, debris, or cleanliness concerns promptlyCollaboration & Standards ComplianceWork closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve cleaning or repair issues quicklyFollow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines to maintain a clean and hazard-free environmentUphold luxury hospitality standards in all assigned areas and tasksSupport departmental needs through teamwork and effective communicationQualifications: QualificationsMinimum of 1 year housekeeping experience preferredPrior experience in a luxury hotel environment strongly preferredAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needsStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation standardsAbility to communicate effectively in EnglishBilingual abilities preferredAdditional InformationAbout Auberge CollectionAuberge Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences and private clubs.
