A company is looking for a Documentation & UX Writer - Contract. Key Responsibilities Audit and restructure existing content to enhance user experience and understanding of complex security concepts Collaborate with design teams to create clear UI copy including labels, tooltips, and error messages Develop and manage technical content in Paligo, ensuring a single source of truth through structured authoring Required Qualifications Proven experience with Paligo or a similar component-based authoring environment Deep understanding of Information Architecture for scalable content restructuring Familiarity with software development lifecycle and security testing methodologies like ADR, SAST, and IAST High comfort level navigating Staging and Production environments to ensure documentation accuracy Familiarity with using AI tools for rapid drafting and content optimization
