This individual will be responsible for the following tasks:\nPerform labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance.\nPrepare RFI’s and submittals.\nQuantitative takeoffs to verify estimates, order materials, and price change orders.\nCreate and implement job schedules and coordinate with field supervisors and foremen.\nCreate and manage punch lists and job closeout documentation.\nSupport the Quality Control measures outlined in the QA/QC program.\nBasic Requirements\nMinimum 2 years’ experience in construction management is required.\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Construction Science or related discipline, or comparable work experience.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.\nA clear understanding of how to read and understand specifications and drawings.\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\nAbility to work in a team environment.\nAbility to learn new job skills by engaging in the technical aspects of the job and applying new skills as they are taught.\nCustomer service skills, such as able to work with customers and build strong relationships.\nCritical thinking and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to multitask.\nMotivated self-starter with strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative.\nWorks well under pressure and deadline\nPreferred Requirements\nExperience with interior systems preferred.
