This hands-on position is responsible for coordinating workflow, training team members, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safe work practices.\r\nResponsibilities:\r\nAssign and coordinate daily work tasks to meet production goals.\r\nTrain new employees on assembly processes, tools, equipment, and safety procedures.\r\nAssemble products using hand tools and machinery.\r\nMonitor production output, quality, and efficiency.\r\nIdentify and remove defective products or materials.\r\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\r\nAssist in different production areas as needed.\r\nQualifications:\r\nMinimum of 2 years of component assembly experience or equivalent experience.\r\nPrevious manufacturing, production, or carpentry experience required.\r\nStrong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.\r\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing production needs.\r\nCommitment to quality, safety, and productivity.\r\nPhysical Requirements:\r\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.\r\nFrequent lifting up to 50 lbs.; occasional lifting up to 100 lbs.\r\nAbility to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise, and moving equipment.\r\nMust wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).\r\nJoin our team and help drive production excellence while supporting a safe, high-performing work environment.\r\nAt BFS, we want you and your career to be greater than what you ever could have expected.
