CNA/ Caregiver (Certification not required)

The Ostolaza Residence is looking for a CNA/ Caregiver (Certification not required) to provide hands-on care for our clients! We are a small family-oriented personal care home that is looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! What you'll do: Provide hands-On Care for Clients. Work Independently. Ability to Exercise Flexibility. Initiate Good Judgment and Use Discretion. Handle Meal Preparation. Providing Companionship and Social Interaction. Handle Groceries and Errands When Appropriate. Transportation (Doctor’s Appointments, Errands, etc. If needed) Assist With Feeding. Assist With Bathing. Housekeeping Duties. Manage and Administer Medication. Take Clients’ Vitals and Give Daily Reports. Able to lift up to 180 lbs. What you bring: Experience working with elderly residents, dementia care, or personal care home environments is strongly preferred CPR and First Aid Certification preferred Strong communication, patience, and caregiving skills Ability to lift, move, or transfer residents as needed Other Requirements: Must pass background check and health screening as required by state regulations Must maintain professional appearance, conduct, and hygiene Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays if needed) Work Environment: Small-home setting focused on personalized care for residents; teamwork and compassionate interaction are essential.
