Audits: Perform systematic and independent reviews of processes, procedures, and documentation to assess adherence to quality standards and regulations.Identifying Issues: Detect discrepancies, non-conformances, and potential weaknesses in quality systems.Analyzing Data: Evaluate data and metrics related to quality performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.Developing Recommendations: Provide actionable recommendations and solutions to address identified issues and enhance quality processes.Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed audit reports, documenting findings, conclusions, and recommendations.Following Up: Ensure that corrective actions are implemented and verified to address identified issues.Staying Updated: Remain current with industry standards, best practices, and relevant regulations in the field of quality management.Collaborating: Work with various departments and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.Ensuring Compliance: Verify that processes and products meet quality requirements and regulatory standards.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDExperience working within a manufacturing environmentAbility to perform data entryAbility to stand for 12-hour shiftsAbility to pull, push, carry up to 15 poundsRequired SkillsAttention to detailStrong analytical skillsEffective communication skillsPreferred
