This position works closely with the CSF program team, residents, and community partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs, compliance with organizational and grant requirements, and the smooth operation of the community center. The Tutoring Program Coordinator will also assist with identifying fundraising opportunities and supporting grant-writing efforts.\nCompensation & Schedule: Part-time. Up to 25 Hours Per Week:\nHourly wage: $20 - $22/per hour, depending on experience\nMust be available during the school year between the hours of 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends (school year). Summer camp hours are 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends.\nFlex staffing provides additional staff support in the event of absences, special events, or other program needs\nFlex staffers are reimbursed for mileage for travel to sites.\nAll flex staffers must have reliable car transportation.\nLocations:\nPositions are available in Montgomery County, Prince Georges County, and Washington, DC.\nKey Responsibilities:\nWorks under the direct supervision of the Program Director to coordinate programming under CSF’s youth development pillar.\nCoordinate and implement the site’s approved workplan, ensuring successful delivery of programs and special events.\nSubmit weekly activity updates and monthly reports for review and approval.\nPrepare and update bulletin boards to highlight programs, holidays, and upcoming events.\nMaintain accurate records of program participation, attendance, and related data for reporting and grant compliance.\nWork with the Property Manager to communicate programs and events through text messaging, automated phone calls, and door-to-door outreach.\nOrganize and conduct parent and resident meetings, as needed.\nEnforce Center rules and regulations with residents and program participants.\nMaintain a customer service approach in interactions with participants, residents, rental office staff, investors, and community partners.\nSafeguard the confidentiality of residents, participants, and staff-related matters.\nEnsure the community center is clean, organized, and well-maintained; request maintenance and janitorial support from the Property Manager when needed.\nAssist with fundraising initiatives and help identify potential grant opportunities or leads.\nSupport special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.\nAdvise on and support strategic initiatives across the portfolio in partnership with the Program Director.\nQualifications & Requirements:\nEducation: Associate’s Degree preferred.
