As an Import/Export Analyst - A, you will be part of the Logistics Support Department supporting the Import/Export Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.Job Title: Import/Export Analyst - ALocation: Minnetonka, MNPay Range: $29/hourWhat's the Job?Support internal customers in coordinating the inbound and outbound shipment process. Ensure all documentation and record keeping comply with U.S. Import & Export Regulations. Create Proforma Invoices and classify commodities according to HTS and Schedule B codes. Maintain updated FDA and other agency data, including NAFTA Certificates of Origin. Track shipments, follow up on logistics, and assist with compliance and audit processes. What's Needed?High School Diploma or G.E.D. with 0-3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of import/export logistics, international freight forwarding, and HTS classification. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Experience working with government regulations and reading US regulations to make determinations. Strong document management skills and ability to work collaboratively with engineers and product teams.
