IMMEDIATE OPENINGS – EXPERIENCED APPLICANTS ONLY Job Overview Righteous Route LLC is hiring immediately for an experienced Driver / Installer to support our Lowe’s Final Mile Delivery contract. This role is for professionals with real box truck driving and appliance installation experience. You will operate a 26ft non-CDL box truck, lead a 2-man delivery team, and perform white glove in-home appliance installations. Limited positions available – fast hiring What You’ll Be Doing Safely operate a 26ft non-CDL box truck with lift gate Lead daily Final Mile Delivery routes for Lowe’s Perform in-home appliance installations (washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, etc.) Manage routes and stops through a delivery mobile app Capture all required delivery and installation photos Use Shoulder Dolly moving systems for safe lifting Deliver professional white glove customer service Ensure damage-free deliveries and accurate installs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized truck Follow all Lowe’s and company safety standards Requirements (MANDATORY) Valid driver’s license (Non-CDL) At least 1 year driving a 26ft box truck At least 1 year of appliance installation experience Experience with Final Mile or White Glove Delivery Ability to lift and maneuver heavy appliances using equipment Must be able to pass a Drug Test & Background Check Comfortable using delivery apps and taking photos Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Have your own tools Why This Job ✔ Consistent routes ✔ Steady year-round work ✔ Highest-paying position on the truck ✔ Team-based operation ✔ Growth opportunities Apply now – experienced drivers only Pay: $180.00 - $220.00 per day Work Location: In person
