Responsibilities:Bridge strategy, execution, and governance to deliver business value in large-scale initiatives.Design and plan delivery for enterprise-scale programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.Influence executive and senior technical leaders on program strategy and governance priorities.Develop and standardize program governance frameworks and delivery methodologies.Build reusable program playbooks, reporting templates, and governance standards.Mentor senior project managers to enhance organizational delivery capabilities.4. Requirements:Bachelor''s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.Preferred master''s degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.Minimum 6 years of experience in technical project or program management.Preferred PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.Healthcare experience is highly desired.Proficiency in analyzing portfolio data to evaluate project dependencies and allocations.Experience with MS Project for scheduling and status communication.Advanced skills in MS Excel including multi-sheet workbooks, filters, functions, and pivot tables.Ability to create leadership-level presentations using MS PowerPoint.Ability to produce enterprise-ready data visualizations with PowerBI and documentation in MS Word.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range: $93,500 - $187,000, reflecting a national average; actual range may vary by location.6.
