This position combines strong technical ability with good communication, curiosity, and coachability.\nSalary Range: $102,000-$127,000\nBenefits may vary depending on location policy. The below represents the standard Corporate Policy.\nVacation: Minimum of two (2) weeks\nSick days: 5 days\nHolidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating\nOther standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, support, and maintain .Net Windows/web applications with VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript with MS SQL and Oracle backends.\nWrite clean, scalable code using .NET Core programming languages, focusing on VB.NET/JavaScript web development in Visual Studio.\nDevelop technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture.\nIntegrate web mapping with Google Maps in Visual Studio via .NET 3.x+ and JavaScript/API.\nDevelop and implement web services in IIS (SOAP, REST).\nDemonstrate coachability, openness to constructive feedback with a strong desire to implement and sustain improvements.\nShow curiosity—actively seek information about our business, services, and customer base.\nSupport critical duties that must continue during crisis situations and contingency operations.\nEducation, Licensing and Certifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent direct job experience.\nExperience\nRequired:\n3 years of current software development experience in .Net (utilizing .Net 4.8 and earlier).\nVisual Studio Windows (forms/services) and web development with VB.NET/C#.\nStrong knowledge of MS SQL environment (MS SSRS/SSIS a plus).\nExperience with Windows Server and OS virtualization platforms.\nKnowledge of Windows Active Directory and SSO concepts.\nSolid grasp of Client/Server fundamentals, Browser/Server interaction, and IIS.\nExperience consuming web services (SOAP, REST) and processing JSON/XML results via VB.NET/C#.\nPreferred:\nProficiency with MS tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, DevOps, Git, etc.).\nGood knowledge of various data structures and optimization techniques.\nExperience with database engines such as MS SQL Server 2016+, MySQL, Oracle.\nExperience building .NET web applications with Google Maps for real-time and/or historical analysis.\nOffice Location and Travel:\nOffice Location – Remote.\nMust be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.\nPre-Employment Requirements:\nDrug testing and background check\nTesting related to job requirements\nMust be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions for any employer at any time.\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
