We’re in a hyper growth trajectory growing at over 100% year on year.\n\nJoin our diverse and inclusive team where you will feel valued and motivated to contribute with your unique skills and experience.\n\nExavalu offers permanent remote working model as we believe in going where the right talent is.\n\nJob Description This is a remote position.\nProgram Director Remote\nJob Overview Seeking a senior Program Director with 15–20 years of experience, including 10+ years managing large, complex, multi-vendor integration programs with aggressive timelines and contractual milestones.\nKey Responsibilities Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of large-scale integration programs.\nManage integrated plans, milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and resources.\nCoordinate 3+ delivery teams/vendors across 120+ integrations and parallel workstreams.\nManage scope, change requests, risks, issues, and escalations.\nOversee budgets, resource utilization, and commercial/contractual commitments.\nLead client/vendor governance, steering committees, status reporting, and executive communication.\nEnsure delivery within committed timelines, budget, and quality expectations.\nRequirements Required Skills 15–20 years overall IT experience with 10+ years in program/delivery management .\nProven experience leading large enterprise integration/API programs .\nStrong understanding of integration architecture, APIs, dependencies, and contracts.\nExperience managing multiple teams/vendors and complex delivery dependencies.\nStrong skills in program planning, risk, scope, change, financial, and stakeholder management .\nExcellent executive communication and client-facing skills.\nPreferred Skills Experience managing 100+ integrations across multiple workstreams.\nKnowledge of MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services , or similar platforms.\nExperience with cloud, API-led, microservices, or event-driven architectures.\nPMP/PgMP/SAFe certification.\nExperience in Insurance or Financial Services .\nExavalu also promotes flexibility, adapting to the needs of employees, customers, and the business. It might be part-time work, working outside normal 9-5 business hours or working remotely.
