As a Project Manager for STRUCTURAL, you will be accountable for managing large, self-perform, complex building envelope repair and facade restoration projects.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nOwn communication across internal and external stakeholders—keeping projects aligned and moving forward.\n\nRun regular team and client meetings to align on goals, timelines, and progress.\n\nManage procurement and contracts for subs, vendors, and materials to ensure high value and timely delivery.\n\nMonitor and manage subcontractor performance, change orders, claims, and disputes.\n\nBuild and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk plans with transparency and precision.\n\nEnsure top-tier quality control in collaboration with designers and QC teams.\n\nChampion a strong safety culture, aligning with OSHA and project-specific standards.\n\nWhat You Bring\n\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related field, (Master’s, PMP, or DBIA certification a plus)\n\n3+ years of experience in commercial or public construction/restoration\n(Structural concrete, façade repair, waterproofing, and historic restoration a plus)\n\nProven track record managing construction projects up to $10M\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, Primavera P6, BIM 360, and project forecasting tools\n\nStrong leadership and mentorship capabilities\n\nWillingness to travel (up to 20%) or work on out-of-town projects\n\nWhy STRUCTURAL?\n\nAt STRUCTURAL, you’ll be part of a growing company with a strong mission, where your contributions make a real impact.
