Multisystemic Therapy / MST Supervisor JAFCO, a nonprofit organization committed to supporting children, seeks an experienced Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Supervisor to oversee our team of MST clinicians at our Children’s Village in Sunrise, FL. This Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Supervisor position is a full-time opportunity where you will earn $75,000 or more per year, depending on your experience, plus you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. As an MST Supervisor at JAFCO, your responsibilities will include training Multisystemic clinicians in our methodologies, planning and directing clinical and case management support for each family in the MST program and evaluating performances to ensure our MST clinicians engage all family members in the treatment process. You will also handle other essential tasks related to MST implementation. In addition, you will be responsible for conducting weekly group as well as some individual supervision sessions with the MST team and: Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance is reported and communicated using the EHR system. Scheduling team member rotations to address urgent client needs. Providing support to the MST program through SAMIS maintenance as well as billing oversite, and other necessary administrative tasks. Integrating Trauma-Informed Care and Person-Centered approaches into MST practices. Assuring all MST assessments are comprehensive, multisystemic, and provide adequate information to determine the causes of referral behaviors. Knowing community agencies and resources and collaborating with these providers for effective case management and MST integration. To qualify, you must be licensed in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field, or hold a master’s degree with significant clinical experience in treating serious antisocial behavior in youth and have a minimum of two (2) years of direct supervisory experience. We also require you to have: Previous experience working with MST modalities and implementing intervention plans with adolescents, families, and communities. Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and on-call. A PCM certification for Practitioner 2. Accommodation may be available if needed.
