As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.\r\nTransdev is proud to offer:\r\nCBA Position: Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement\r\nStarting pay $16.59 hr.\r\nBenefits include:\r\nVacation up to 5 days accrued after the first year.\r\nMedical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays.\r\nKey Responsibilities:\r\nSafety-Focused Operations: Execute flawless operations by meticulously following designated routes and schedules, while adhering to stringent safety protocols and traffic regulations.\r\nPassenger Care: Exhibit exceptional care and assistance towards passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation for all.\r\nVehicle Vigilance: Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip inspections, promptly reporting any maintenance issues, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.\r\nAdherence to Protocols: Uphold company policies and procedures rigorously, encompassing seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and compliance with regulatory mandates.\r\nOther duties as required\r\nQualifications:\r\n21 years or older\r\nMinimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)\r\nExcellent communication & customer service skills.\r\nAvailability to work day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts as assigned.\r\nSubject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
