ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy, Vision, and Roadmapo Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SDKs, APIs, developer tools, and enterprise integration solutions.o Own the SDK product vision, roadmap, and API surface area definition, including decisions around which enterprise workflows should be exposed programmatically.o Prioritize SDK and API capabilities based on customer pain points, business objectives, technical feasibility, customer feedback, market demand, and platform readiness.o Define the developer experience strategy to improve customer self-service, reduce implementation friction, and accelerate enterprise activation.o Develop success metrics and track product performance across adoption, activation, utilization, retention, onboarding success, and product usage growth.SDK Development and Developer Experienceo Own the lifecycle of SDK products across multiple programming languages, platforms, enterprise personas, and deployment models.o Partner with engineering teams to design SDK architecture, versioning strategies, release management processes, backward compatibility standards, and API-first product experiences.o Improve developer productivity through tooling, documentation, sample applications, reference implementations, implementation guides, and technical playbooks.o Drive API-first product design and advocate for best practices in developer experience, including clear documentation, predictable API behavior, scalable integration patterns, and enterprise-grade reliability.o Define and deliver SDK capabilities that support programmatic network management, activation workflows, lifecycle management, and bulk operations for multi-region or multi-site enterprise deployments.Enterprise Integration and Platform Enablemento Define integration frameworks that support enterprise customers, partners, internal platform teams, and third-party connectivity models.o Lead initiatives involving REST APIs, GraphQL services, event-driven architectures, authentication and identity management, cloud-native integrations, and third-party platform connectivity.o Collaborate with Solution Architects, Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Architecture teams to create scalable, secure, enterprise-ready integration patterns.o Drive delivery of API documentation, developer guides, infrastructure-as-code integration, and bulk API capabilities that allow enterprise network administrators to implement solutions across regions and environments.o Partner with commerce, catalog, entitlement, and billing teams to ensure SDK and API capabilities accurately represent product offers, service contracts, purchase flows, fulfillment channels, and downstream billing or orchestration requirements.Required Qualificationso Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.o 5+ years of Product Management experience in a technical environment.o Experience managing SDK products, APIs, integration platforms, developer tools, or enterprise software products.o Strong understanding of modern software architecture, cloud technologies, API design, and enterprise integration patterns.o Experience working with engineering teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies.o Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.o Experience driving roadmap alignment, technical requirements, release planning, and cross-functional execution across distributed teams.o Strong written communication skills with the ability to create product narratives, requirements documents, technical summaries, and executive-ready updates.Preferred Qualificationso Prior experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Manager, or hybrid Product/Delivery leader responsible for both strategy and execution.o Experience building developer platforms, SDKs, API ecosystems, or marketplace ecosystems.o Knowledge of API gateway technologies.o Experience with enterprise SaaS products and products serving enterprise customers at scale.o Familiarity with partner enablement and platform growth strategies.o Experience delivering developer tools in networking, telecommunications, connectivity, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise integration environments.o Experience with B2B software integration patterns, including bulk operations, batch processing, multi-region deployments, and multi-site enterprise implementation models.o Experience working with commerce, billing, catalog, entitlement, service contract, or
