Scaffold Helper
Hudspeth is seeking hardworking and dependable Scaffold Laborers to support commercial and industrial construction projects throughout Colorado. This is an entry-level, hands-on position responsible for assisting scaffold crews with material handling, site preparation, scaffold assembly support, and general labor duties while learning the scaffold trade.This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated to work in construction, learn a skilled trade, and build a long-term career with opportunities for advancement into Scaffold Builder and Lead positions.Essential ResponsibilitiesAssist scaffold crews with the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffold systemsCarry, lift, stage, and organize scaffold materials and componentsLoad and unload frames, braces, planks, guardrails, and related equipmentMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areasAssist with installing scaffold components under supervisionFollow directions from Lead Builders and SupervisorsSupport crew productivity and daily project operationsCommunicate safety concerns or job site hazards immediatelyFollow all OSHA and site-specific safety requirements at all timesQualificationsStrong work ethic and dependable attendanceAbility to work safely in construction and industrial environmentsAbility to lift 50+ pounds regularlyAbility to stand, climb, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workdayAbility to work at heights and in varying weather conditionsWillingness to learn scaffold building and safety proceduresAbility to work well as part of a team Preferred QualificationsOSHA 10-Hour Construction CertificationFall Protection trainingConstruction or general labor experienceBilingual English/Spanish skillsInterest in advancing into Scaffold Builder or leadership roles Why Join HudspethCompetitive compensationCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesOn-the-job trainingSafety-focused work environmentTeam-oriented cultureConsistent project opportunities throughout Colorado Hiring Process Qualified candidates may be contacted for an interview and may be required to complete safety onboarding and site-specific orientation prior to beginning work.
