Experience in fine dining, food handling, and restaurant operations is preferred, along with strong communication and multitasking skills.\nResponsibilities\nTake and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Clover.\nProvide attentive guest service, addressing needs promptly and professionally to ensure a memorable dining experience.\nUpsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction.\nHandle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.\nMaintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations.\nAssist with bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed.\nManage guest relations by creating a welcoming environment in fine dining settings.\nEnsure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold safety standards.\nCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during shifts.\nRequirements\nPrior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining.\nFamiliarity with POS systems including Clover is advantageous.\nStrong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.\nExcellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.\nKnowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.\nBasic math skills for billing, cash handling, and order calculations.\nAbility to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience and sales performance.\nPrevious experience in host/host roles or serving at restaraunts is a plus but not required.
