Production Scheduler & Operations Associate (Onsite – San Diego, CA)We are seeking a Production Scheduler & Operations Associate to join a growing technology manufacturing organization in San Diego. This is a hands-on, onsite role supporting daily business operations, production scheduling, and internal coordination across departments.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update daily production schedules and operational data within a custom ERP systemCommunicate regularly with customers regarding order status and shipment timelinesAssist with logistics and international shipments, including customs documentation when neededSupport light accounting and bookkeeping activities, such as invoice review, expense classification, and timesheet coordinationCoordinate purchase orders, vendor communication, and inventory trackingAssist with internal operations including HR support, recruiting coordination, and company eventsCollaborate closely with operations leadership and engineering teamsQualificationsBachelor's degree preferred (Business, Operations, Accounting, or related)2–5 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, office management, or production supportStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience with tools such as ERP systems, Excel, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar is a plusComfortable in a small company environment where responsibilities vary day to dayStable employment history strongly preferredWork EnvironmentFull-time, onsite role in San DiegoFast-paced, collaborative teamLong-term growth opportunity for the right generalist profile
