Especially if you thrive in:\nFast-paced, innovative technology base environment\nOpportunities to grow and make an impact\nBe part of the CLI team that values team members\n\nApply today and fuel the momentum!\nPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:\nWorking closely with Plant Superintendent, Quality Team Members, and other Department Managers as part of the management team, the Operations Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day Operations of the Value-Added Assembly (VAA) area with responsibilities including Staffing, Training, Scheduling, Processing, Equipment Maintenance and Loss Prevention.\nThe Operations Supervisor is a role model and leader and must solve problems, make informed decisions, and manage the department wisely to achieve maximum results.\n\nTrain, coach and manage all Value-Added Assembly (VAA) associates in all policies and procedures of the company.\nOversee and participate in the timely distribution of all outgoing deliveries according to Company standards.\nEnsure the accurate processing of all material based on Company policies and procedures.\nCommunicate with Plant Superintendent and Quality Personnel.\nHelp solve problems and make informed decisions that affect service and productivity of the Value-Added Assembly (VAA) area.\nOversee compliance of processes with established Company policies and standards, such as property, personnel practices, security, and record-keeping procedures.\nInvolved in Multi-disciplinary Five Phase Problem Solving (Continuous Improvement) Teams that directly drives company’s Continuous Improvement Process and Policies.\nResponsible for On-the-Job Training.\nMaintain proper documentation and records.\nPromote and maintain a safe working environment.\nEnforce company policies/ procedures and corresponding work instructions.\nCommunicate effectively with internal and external customers.\nPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:\nMinimum of a High School Diploma.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills.\nTwo (2) + years Supervisor/ Leadership/ Management experience within Manufacturing Operations is required.\nIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word\n\nLocation: Spring Hill, Tennessee\nBenefits/Perks:\nBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K Match, & PTO\nCareer development: Opportunity for advancement\nTraining: Comprehensive training to fuel your growth and success!\nAbout The Company\nBuilt for precision.
